Rezzing the vSync Hub initiates a sequence of prompts to establish the forum's topic and participants

If notecard is provided to the vSync HUB, vSync initializes forum rezzing a NODE for each participant and displaying the TOPIC as floating text above itself.  Tha TOPIC statement is assigned via Notecard along with the names of any users to invite to a virtually synchronous discussion.
